This website is operated by [Company Pty Ltd](ABN [ABN to be filled in]), selling fruit-flavour products online with delivery and pickup.
2. Orders and when the contract forms
- The contract of sale between us forms once you submit the order and the payment is completed.
- The amount shown on the order page is the final amount, calculated and verified by our system on the server.
- You can order without creating an account. Orders are looked up with the order number plus the email you used at checkout, so keep it safe and use one you check regularly.
- If we cannot fulfil the order because of stock changes, a supplier shortage or force majeure, we will contact you within 24 hoursto offer a new date, a substitute at the same price, or afull refund.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD)and include GST where applicable.
- Payment is handled by PayPal, which supports a PayPal balance, a linked card and — where available in your region — paying as a guest with a credit or debit card. Youdo not need an account on this site.
- We do not store your payment card details.
- If the payment does not succeed, the order stays in “awaiting payment” and nothing will be dispatched.
4. Product descriptions
- Flavour descriptions are general summaries of a subjective experience — people differ in how sweet or cooling they find something. Images are illustrative and are not a promise about packaging; what the page states about brand, series, flavour and quantity governs.
- Outer packaging may differ slightly from the photos between batches, and that is not a quality issue.
- Any “count” stated on the page is the manufacturer’s rating; how long it actually lasts depends on how often it is used.
5. Delivery and pickup
See the shipping policy. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel at the address — these products do not tolerate heat or long storage.

7. Your responsibilities
- Provide true and accurate delivery information. If a delivery fails because of incorrect details, the loss is yours.
- Do not use this site for fraud, malicious ordering, bulk fake orders or any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to cancel such orders and pursue the matter.
- Do not scrape, attack or penetration-test this site, or attempt to bypass access controls.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is capped at theamount actually paidfor that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
The text, images, page designs and code on this site belong to us or the relevant rights holders and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission.
10. Governing law
